President: Professor S. Lloyd, MSc (Elect-Eng), MBA, Ph.D.-Ind. Mgmt, Ph.D.- Tech Edu. FSBP, CPM (England) AIMM (Australia). He has 28 years experience on his credit in Teaching & Educational Administration. He also supervises and directs the studies and thesis of the Ph.D. students of Strategic Management and Industrial Management. He is also an author of various books in Technical Education. He has lectured on Science and Technology and Industrial Management in USA, UK, Greece, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia. He used his lifetime research and experience to establish an international education system now known as West Coast Education System that also includes West Coast University in Panama. Professor Lloyd is prominent academic researcher for the cause of constructing curricula in the disciplines of Applied Science, Technical Education and Industrial Management. He is also a Member of the European Association for International Education (EAIE), Member of the International Educators (NAFSA) and American Association for Higher Education (AAHE) and also a member of the Institute of Global Education (IGE), which has special consultative status with ESCSOC, United Nations. Professor Lloyd is responsible to oversee all Academic and Administration activities as the President of the WCU.

Vice President: Professor Stephen R. Barnhart, BSc, MBA, (Sec-Mgmt) Ph.D.-Higher Edu. Admin, Tech-Edu (KS-USA). He has many years experience of Higher Education Administration, and is the founder of the former College of Security, Technology & Management & TIU, Grandview. Dr. Barnhart is an internationally recognized consultant, educator and author, and has received many distinguished awards, ranging from the USA Presidential Office, to the KOSOVO Peacekeeping Mission He works with the West Coast University as the Regional Director for the North and South Americas and will also administers WCU-International HQ in Panama as the Vice President of WCU.

Academic Registrar: Samina S. Lloyd: B.A., B.Edu, CPM (England), MBA-Management (ECU-Australia) Samina is the Academic Registrar of all International Affiliated Campuses of WCU. She has also worked for WCIMT for 6 years as Dean of Studies and is now responsible to administer academic affairs of WCU as the registrar. She also supervises Management courses of international student community of WCU. She is Currently completing her thesis for PhD in Management under dual degree program of WCU & Universidad San Juan De La Cruz.

Registrar Administration & Coordinator for IT Studies: Mr. Qamar S. Lloyd (know as (Quinn Lloyd) BCS, M.S., (InfoTech.), MCSE, is the Administrative Registrar of WCU and is responsible for managing students registration data and also supervise s the WCU courses related to Computer Science and Information Technology. He also monitors quality control of WCU and all approved affiliated colleges.

International Coordinator & Regional Director: Sir Dr. David MENITZ. BSc-Arch, MSc-Arch, PhD- Arch (WCU) is a known Professional Architect with 25 years working experience in Australia, Indonesia, Greece, USA, Romania, Sharjah, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf & Middle East Countries. He has been selected for the " Who-is " of International Professionals , (USA 2006). He is a Member of The Royal Institution of Great Britain, Hon Knight & Hon Trade Commissioner of Seborga, also KC-POMG. He can equally speak English, Greek, Arabic, French and can also communicate in Italian & Romanian. He now serves WCU as an International Coordinator and Regional Director for Gulf and Middle East with the responsibility to promote and establish WCU colleges/centers. He also supervises projects and thesis of WCU students of MS and PhD in Architecture.

Dr Peter Lau, B.Com, DMS (U.K.), M.A. (U.S.A.), PhD (U.K.). Fellow of Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM); Fellow of Chartered Management Institute (FCMI); Chartered Member of Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT); has 25 years Part-Time lecturing, training and consultancy in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and People Republic of China in the disciplines of HRM, OB, HRD, Marketing, logistics & General Management. He has 38 years of industrial working experience. He is a Founder President of Asia Pacific Enterprise Management Association. He now serves as the Dean of Study of West Coast University for Asia Pacific Region and is also authorized to recommend suitable institutions from Asia Pacific Region for their affiliation to West Coast University.

Dr. John Irole is a Nigerian, Hon. Doctorate Degree in Education Admin. Of WCU, M. Edu (Management & Planning), Pg. Dip (Environmental Management Technology), B. Marketing Management. Associate Member of the Nigerian Environmental Society as well as Member of Nigeria Association of Aquatic Science, Member of National Financial Secretary of the Nigerian Environmental Society. He has many years of Industrial experience as manager. Currently, he is a District Pastor of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Africa's single largest church.
