West Coast University (WCU) Panama has been granted a Parliamentary Decree by the International Parliament for Safety and Peace (IPSP) that bears full validity and recognition The Parliamentary Charter conveying full authority to WCU to grant Certificates, Diplomas, Higher Diplomas, Associate Degrees , Bachelor Degrees , Master and Doctorate degrees as an Autonomous Institution, Internationally recognized with all the member governments and nations under international law statutes recognized by the Vienna Convention of April 18th, 1961, (1963). WCU Panama is  a global university in real sense that is based and incorporated in Panama and is composed of 35 affiliated colleges globally in Fiji, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam , Taiwan , Bangladesh , India , UAE, Nigeria , Zambia, Antigua, Switzerland , UK, Nigeria  and Ghana , Costa Rica and Panama and many are still under process. We strive to create a global academic environment in which outstanding students and scholars from around the world are continually challenged to help solve the global problems with their academic ability and training. ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

Graduate Programs
Applicants who wish to be considered for graduate studies should normally possess an recognized degree or equivalent qualifications approved by WCU. Applicants who do not have these qualifications may be required to take a challenge examination before being admitted.

Undergraduate Programs
Applicants who wish to be considered for undergraduate studies should normally possess, or expect to obtain, the appropriate pre-university qualifications necessary to join an undergraduate program, or possess an alternative qualification approved by WCU or sit in a challenge examination.

Mature Students
Special consideration is given to mature students who lack all or some of the normal course entry requirements. Attention is given to all applicants with the emphasis on judging the individual's ability to benefit from a course of study.
