West Coast University (WCU) Panama is incorporated in the Republic of Panama , Central America as a global university. WCU has been granted a Parliamentary Decree by the International Parliament for Safety and Peace, that bears full validity to teach and grant Certificates, Diplomas, Higher Diplomas, Associate Degrees, Bachelor Degrees, Master and Doctorate degrees as an Autonomous Institution and recognized by all member governments and nations under international law statutes recognized by the Vienna Convention of April 18th, 1961.WCU is having Centers and Studentsin Fiji, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong,China,Vietnam,Taiwan,Bangladesh,India,Iran,UAE,Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Jordan,Qatar,Kuwait,Bahrain,Palestine,Yemen,Oman,Nigeria, Zambia, Antiga, Switzerland,Cyprus, UK and Americas and many centers are currently under process.

WCU-Panama it is well connected with the international community of distinguish Researchers and Professors, beneficial to WCU students' community. WCU advance new ideas and promote innovative education using new methodologies and technologies and is now a full member of the Global University Network for Innovation (GUNI), which is composed of Higher Education UNESCO Chair and other institutions that are highly committed to innovation in higher education. It was set up by UNESCO, the United Nations University (UNU) and the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), which hosts the secretariat. GUNI works for the application of the decisions taken at the World Conference on Higher Education (WCHE, Paris 1998). WCU strive to create an international academic environment in which outstanding students and scholars from around the world are continually challenged to help solve the global problems to make a better world with their academic ability and professional training.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

Graduate Programs
Applicants who wish to be considered for graduate studies should normally possess a recognized degree or equivalent qualifications approved by WCU academic council. Applicants who do not have these qualifications may be required to take a challenge examination before being admitted.

Undergraduate Programs
Applicants who wish to be considered for undergraduate studies should normally possess, or expect to obtain, the appropriate pre-university qualifications necessary to join an undergraduate program, or possess an alternative qualification approved by WCU or sit in a challenge examination.

Mature Students
Special consideration is given to mature students who lack all or some of the normal course entry requirements. Attention is given to all applicants with the emphasis on judging the individual's ability to benefit from a course of study.

How to apply
Applications for admission should be returned/sent along with attested copies of relevant academic certificates and two passport size photographs.
